Vision Screening for PK - 5 Grades / Examenes de Vision para los grados PK - 5toAll day
All students from PK - 5th Grade will receive a vision screening through Hellen Keller International through a partnership with United Community Schools and PS 192.

- Students that receive an eye exam through Hellen Keller and is prescribed glasses will get to choose a free pair of eye glasses from the selection available through Warby Parker.
- Eye glasses will be provided to students a few weeks after the vision screening.

**Parents that DO NOT want their students to receive this service can complete an opt out form that was backpacked home on March 10, and return to Mr. Rosario. If you want your child to receive this service, you do not have to return the opt out form

Todos los estudiantes de PK a 5.° grado recibirán un examen de la vista a través de Hellen Keller International a través de una asociación con United Community Schools y PS 192.
