Promotional Criteria and Grading Policy
This policy describes the criteria that will be utilized to determine which elementary school children will be promoted and which will be maintained. The key objectives include (but are not limited to): (1) promoting high educational standards for its students; (2) ensuring that educational opportunities are consistent for all students; and (3) implementing a system-wide monitoring plan to ensure that the quality of instruction and instructional materials provided to students are calculated to result in student mastery of the skills.
