I hope this message finds you well. As we approach the end of the academic year, I am thrilled to inform you about the upcoming PreK and 3K Moving Up Ceremony at PS192. It is a momentous occasion that marks an important milestone in your child's educational journey, and I am delighted to share this celebration with you.

The PreK and 3K Moving Up Ceremony is a special event where we honor the achievements, growth, and readiness of our young students as they transition to the next phase of their educational adventure. It will be a memorable day filled with joy, pride, and heartfelt congratulations.

During the ceremony, your child will have the opportunity to showcase their accomplishments and participate in various activities to commemorate this significant milestone in their life.

To ensure the ceremony runs smoothly and is enjoyable for all, we kindly request your cooperation with the following guidelines:

Attendance: We strongly encourage you to attend the Moving Up Ceremony. Your presence will make a world of difference to your child and will serve as a source of encouragement and support.

Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive at the venue at least 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time. This will allow for a seamless check-in process and ensure a punctual beginning to the ceremony.

Dress Code: Students should dress in their finest attire for this special occasion that reflects the significance of the event.

Photography and Videography: Capture the memorable moments of the ceremony through photography or videography. However, we kindly request that you remain mindful of others and avoid obstructing the view of fellow attendees.

Decorum and Respect: We kindly ask all attendees to maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere throughout the ceremony. Please refrain from using cell phones, speaking loudly, or engaging in any disruptive behavior that may distract from the proceedings.

We are incredibly proud of each student's accomplishments and the progress they have made throughout the year. It has been a privilege to be a part of their educational journey, and we look forward to sharing this special occasion with you.
