February 2023
P.S. 192
Newsletter Updates
Greetings Parents/Guardians:
Let us celebrate February! Numerous celebrations are held throughout February. It is a unique month loaded with historical significance, such as Black History Month, Presidents' Birthdays, and American Heart Month. It is a wonderful month that celebrates self-love and self-care, as well as developing relationships with family and friends and loving others. Let's enjoy this month with love and kindness, P.S. 192 family!
This month's agenda includes Valentine's Day and the midwinter break, from February 20th to February 24th, the school will be closed. There are plenty of effective techniques to occupy your youngsters. There are numerous museums in the city, as well as the Public Library, where you may attend events or simply pick up books to read at home. Community-useful web resources are always available on our website and the public library.
Reminder: All teachers and service providers (Speech, OT, SETTS) are accessible every Tuesday following dismissal from 2:20 to 3:00 p.m. This is an excellent opportunity to discuss your child's social-emotional and academic progress with your child’s teacher and service provider.
We wish you all a peaceful and joyful Mid-Winter Recess!
